Mission for the Internship:

• Set up a framework for regular sales analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Analytics team to handle ad-hoc reporting requests from departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales data to stakeholders.
• Map and document the vehicle allocation process (including quota swaps and scheduling).
• Monitor run rates, delivery schedules, and market needs to identify allocation improvement areas.
• Propose and simulate reallocation strategies based on market data.

Deliverables:

• Dynamic Sales Reporting Toolkit (dashboard or Excel templates) for regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Summary of departmental reporting needs and corresponding solutions delivered.
• Documented vehicle allocation process flow with key pain points and stakeholder roles.
• A Market-Driven Allocation Proposal including reallocation recommendations based on current market situation.
• Lessons learned and handover document for continuity.

Learning Opportunities:

• Build expertise in sales data analysis and reporting frameworks.

Key educational requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a Business related topic.
• Basic excel knowledge
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
