Mission for the Internship:
Objective: Streamline onboarding and training for Sales, Service, and Technical teams.

Focus Areas:

• Admin Support: Schedule sessions, manage enrollments, allocate resources.
• Logistics: Set up venues, prepare materials, provide tech support.
• Data Management: Track progress, generate reports, maintain databases.
• Communication: Coordinate internally and externally, organize events.
• Trainer Support: Assist trainers, collect feedback, manage content.
• Continuous Improvement: Ensure quality, analyze feedback, optimize processes.
• E-Learning: Manage platforms, upload content, assist users.

Learning Opportunities:

• Project Management: Coordinate training sessions and schedules.
• Event Planning: Set up venues and organize events.
• Data Analysis: Track progress and generate reports.
• Communication: Liaise with trainers, participants, and vendors.
• Technical Skills: Use training software and platforms.

Key educational requirements:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. An interest or background in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Project Management Experience: Basic experience in supporting projects, including planning and execution. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Basic data analytics skills to track and report on training metrics.
• Communication Skills: Confident with verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to liaise effectively with trainers, participants, and external vendors.
• Organizational Skills: Good organizational abilities to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative tasks. Attention to detail is important.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, providing support to trainers and other staff members.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize training processes.
