Mission for the Internship:

• Support with building candidate attraction and engagement content.
• Support the implementation of automation tools (e.g., applicant tracking system workflows, email templates).
• Maintain and optimize internal documentation for talent and culture processes.
• Assist in tracking and visualizing key TA metrics and dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Support the ideation and roll-out of cultural initiatives across the business.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT) to test and roll out new tools or digital solutions.

Learning Opportunities:

• How end-to-end recruitment operations work in a fast-paced company.
• Practical skills in process mapping, documentation, and automation.
• Exposure to HR systems and tools such as ATS, HRIS, and digital onboarding platforms.
• How data supports decision-making in talent strategy and organizational culture.
• Effective collaboration across functions in a People & Culture context.

Key educational requirements for the candidate:

• A student in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and digital tools.
• Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement.
