The Role

Our Belgian French team is looking for an After Sales Specialist who will play a key role in building and supporting the aftersales operations for ZEEKR Belgium-France. At ZEEKR, we prioritize strong relationships with our customers and partners by delivering outstanding service and expert guidance throughout the customer journey.

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Build and Strengthen Relationships: Support and maintain strong relationships with the aftersales teams within our partner network across Belgium and France. Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment with ZEEKR’s service standards and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Support After Sales Strategies: Contribute to the execution of after-sales strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Support initiatives that enhance service efficiency and reduce customer downtime.
• Training and Technical Support: Deliver technical training (train-the-trainer) on new products, service protocols, and technical updates. Provide hands-on support to partner technicians and service teams, helping resolve technical and service-related issues offside (ticket system) and on side, support dealer.
• Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for aftersales services. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Resolve Escalated Issues: Act as a point of contact for complex or escalated aftersales issues. Work with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Travel Frequently: Be ready and available to travel regularly across France and Belgium to support partners, deliver training, and resolve on-site technical matters.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in aftersales operations within the automotive industry, both at the OEM and dealership levels.
• Strong technical expertise in electric vehicles and automotive systems.
• Certified in High Voltage Systems (mandatory).
• Proven experience delivering technical training with a “train the trainer” approach.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across France and Belgium.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English. Dutch is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent work experience are a plus.
