The role
Here at Zeekr we are hiring a Customer Advisor to create and deliver memorable customer experiences, whilst maximizing the sales of Zeekr EVs. Together with the team you create a customer-centric atmosphere at Zeekr. You make customers feel welcome and supported during the customer journey.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Be the expert on Zeekr products and services and provide a great customer experience.
- Whether it concerns the cars, electric driving in practice, charging at home and on the road, connectivity and financing, the customer can come to you for everything.
- Remain informed of the latest product information and ZEEKR's distinctive character compared to the competition and are able to communicate changes and updates to other colleagues and customers.
- Enthusiastically demonstrate our cars, provide product information and manage test drives.
- Support the customer during all steps in the purchasing process, both in the store and online.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and maintaining regular and proactive contact.
- Participate in events at an external location, to meet new customers and present our products and brand.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role, and a proactive approach to sales.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in a relationship-building customer service role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, as well as fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license is essential for conducting test drives and effectively assisting customers.
