The role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EV Launch professional to drive the introduction of our new Electric Vehicle (EV) models. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the launch process, including coordination with sales, after-sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and successful market introduction. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

This is what you will do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan for new EV models, including timelines, milestones, and KPIs to ensure successful market introduction.
• Lead the launch of a specific model of Zeekr line up, coordinating activities with all relevant department in sales and marketing, R&D, and design teams in both in China and Sweden.
• Lead the presentation of the model to internal stakeholders (by leveraging a dedicated Product Bulleting) and external stakeholders, including journalists
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and adjust the launch strategy accordingly.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including launch schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to develop and execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and events to drive awareness and demand for new EV models. The activity includes the preparation of the press kit from product side
• Work with product development and engineering teams to address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the launch process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools to facilitate the successful introduction of new EV models.
• Coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure the availability of spare parts, service centers, and customer support resources for new EV models.
• Work closely with logistics teams to optimize inventory management, transportation, and distribution strategies to support the launch and ongoing sales of new EV models.
• Continuously evaluate the success of launch activities and provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Minimum of 7years of experience in product launch management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
• Experience working within a market/NSC operation.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Knowledge of EV technology, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in sales, after-sales, and logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
