The Role

The Connectivity Launch Lead will stand at the forefront of our digital revolution, contributing to orchestrate our transformation into a digitally integrated mobility powerhouse. Combining an in-depth understanding of connectivity technologies with an adeptness at cross-functional collaboration, this role will support the coordination among product marketing, product planning, product management, and the overall strategic direction in the connectivity domain. You will have also a key role in rolling out Zeekr connected products towards end users, salesman and overall network. Main focus area: cockpit experience, data-driven commercial strategies to their successful implementation, supporting the business expansion of our connectivity through connected subscription offer and connected packages. As the keystone of our connectivity initiatives, the candidate must exhibit exemplary leadership, an ability to influence varied stakeholders, from UX design to diverse R&D functions and sales, a passion for leveraging technology to redefine vehicular connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a visionary digital business strategy, ensuring comprehensive integration of connectivity, cockpit experiences, and data-driven commercial endeavors.
• Drive the innovation behind the cockpit experience, ensuring it's user-centric, technologically advanced, and aligned with market expectations.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of data commercial strategies, leveraging vast amounts of vehicular and user data to create new revenue streams and enhance customer experiences.
• Lead the connectivity product offer for Zeekr in Europe, adopting innovative products and way of monetization towards end users
• Support the creation of the overall connectivity business case (volume, standard/option intake, price/revenue)
• Develop data business strategy and business with 3rd parties partners
• Guide Product Marketing and Product Management in the ideation, development, and rollout of connectivity solutions, ensuring market fit and technological feasibility, ensuring optimal positioning, promotion, and launch strategies for all digital and connectivity features.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in the digital and connectivity space, ensuring our organization remains ahead of the curve.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Automotive and Connectivity.
• Comprehensive understanding of cockpit, cloud, and ADAS technologies, and data-driven commercial strategies.
• Strong business acumen, capable of making decisions that balance technological sophistication with commercial viability.
• Demonstrated prowess in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to make decisions balancing technological excellence with commercial viability.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• A proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving technological innovation.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
