The role
Here at Zeekr HQ. we are hiring an Accessories Specialist to support our growing aftersales team.

This is what you will do:

• Development of exciting and innovative accessories for our dynamic new EV vehicles.
• Work with European suppliers to develop specific accessories for the European market.
• Liasion with our China manufacturing team and Goteborg R&D team to ensure accessory design is included within product development.
• Ensure current and new accessories are set up in the various systems and ready for sales and ordering.
• Support maintenance/development/improvement of our Panda, Poseidon, & Zeus systems.
• Provide input for Zeekr.eu website in terms of product info, images, part numbers, pricing.
• Liaise with inventory and pricing teams to ensure effective price positioning of accessory items and appropriate stock levels to fulfil customer order requirements.
• Monitor dealer sales, adjust stock levels, and create supplier forecasts.
• Maintain and regularly distribute the accessory guide to all stakeholders.
• Manage, update, and distribute installation manuals.
• Provide sales & marketing initiatives to maximize accessory revenue (online & offline).
• Be in tune with market and competitor accessory development, suggest new products.
• Present analysis and recommendations to various teams, up to and including management.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience working with parts or accessories in a commercially focused role. 
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills, and a commercial mindset.Strong follow up skills, as well as the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, & Power Point are required. Experience in Power BI or Tableau a plus.
• Proactive, with the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Good written and verbal presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and a good team player.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
