The role
As we expand our commercial operations at Zeekr Netherlands, we are seeking an inside Fleet Sales Advisor to support our growing organization. As our inside Fleet Sales Advisor your role is to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all our current and future customers as well as create a memorable experience for our customers. You will be part of the Fleet Sales team for the Netherlands national sales company (NSC).
This is what you will do:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with potential B2B customers.
- Respond in timely manner to inbound customer sales inquiries via the different online channels.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales cycle.
- Communicate with (potential) customers, leasing companies and intermediaries via live chat, phone, email for a unique sales offers and administration.
- Supporting all sales activities to make sales successful.
- Use a consultative approach to influence customer purchase.
- Ensuring that all administrative work is carried out adequately and correctly in the systems.
- Work on the continuous improvement of customer experience, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with fleet campaigns launched by Zeekr HQ or NSC.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
To be successful in the role you should demonstrate the following:
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to exceed goals or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Positive and energetic, excellent listening, reading, and communication skills.
- Target orientated – your role will be focused on calls per day, test drive bookings, and sales opportunities created.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve a common goal.
- Proficient with productivity tools (MS Office, Salesforce).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch.
