De functie:

Als Delivery Specialist ben jij de laatste en meest spannende stap in de klantreis, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat elke aflevering als een bijzondere gebeurtenis aanvoelt. Vanaf het moment dat een klant zijn gloednieuwe Zeekr ophaalt, zorg jij ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt, in nauwe samenwerking met de sales-, service- en logistieke teams. Jouw missie? Een eenvoudige auto-aflevering omtoveren tot een premium ervaring.

Je rapporteert aan de Operation and Logistics Lead Netherlands.

Jouw missie, mocht je ervoor kiezen deze te accepteren:

• Neem de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het afleverproces en zorg ervoor dat elke overdracht vlekkeloos verloopt.
• Werk samen met ons sales- en serviceteam om ervoor te zorgen dat elke auto perfect is voorbereid, geïnspecteerd en gedetailleerd voordat deze wordt overhandigd.
• Wees het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het hele afleverproces—van planning en begeleiding tot het beantwoorden van al hun vragen.
• Leid voertuigintroducties en demonstreer alle technologieën en functies.
• Beheer de planning en logistiek van voertuigleveringen, zodat alles op rolletjes loopt en vertragingen tot het verleden behoren.
• Houd continu oog voor verbeteringen in de afleverervaring, implementeer best practices en draag bij aan een hogere klanttevredenheid en een sterker merkimago.
• Los last-minute uitdagingen soepel op en zorg ervoor dat klanten altijd een stressvrije en plezierige ervaring hebben.

Om succesvol te zijn in de rol, moet je over de volgende vaardigheden en ervaring beschikken:

• Je hebt een passie voor het opbouwen van relaties en het bieden van uitstekende klantervaringen.
• Je communiceert helder en zelfverzekerd, ook bij presentaties aan klanten.
• Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail.
• Je bent sterk in multitasking en kunt meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk beheren.
• Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
• Ervaring met CRM-systemen.
• Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Een geldig rijbewijs B.

The Role

As a Delivery Specialist, you’re the final and most exciting step in the customer journey, making sure every handover feels like an event. From the moment a customer picks up their brand-new Zeekr, you ensure everything runs smoothly, working closely with sales, service, and logistics teams to make it happen. Your mission? Turn a simple car delivery into a premium experience. You’ll be reporting to the Operation and Logistics Lead Netherlands.

This is what you will do most of the time

• Own the vehicle delivery process for your customers, ensuring every handover goes off without a hitch.
• Team up with our sales and service teams to make sure every car is perfectly prepped, inspected, and detailed before it’s handed over.
• Be the go-to person for customers during the entire delivery journey—scheduling, guiding, and answering all their questions.
• Lead vehicle walkthroughs, showcasing all our technology.
• Own the scheduling and logistics of vehicle deliveries, making sure everything runs like clockwork and delays are a thing of the past.
• Keep your eyes peeled for ways to make the delivery experience even better, using best practices that’ll boost customer satisfaction and continue to grow our brand reputation.
• Tackle any last-minute hiccups with finesse, ensuring customers have a seamless, stress-free experience every time.
