The role

This role combines sales operations expertise with fleet management responsibilities. You will develop and deploy sales processes, analyze performance data, and manage fleet sales initiatives across European markets.The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in the automotive industry, particularly in fleet sales. You will drive business growth through data-driven insights and process optimization.

This is what you will do:

• Process Development and Deployment: Create and deploy sales processes across markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional departments to implement sales initiatives and follow up on aligned actions.
• Sales Performance Management: Conduct data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Target Calculations and Incentives: Calculate sales targets, terms and conditions of key commercial agreements, and performance-based incentives. 
• Systems Development: Ensure business requirements are documented to develop new systems and automation of processes. 
• Fleet Steering Key Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management decision-making. 
• Sales Support and Coordination: Provide hands-on support to the fleet sales team in all aspects of the sales process. 
• Order Processing and Fulfillment: Oversee order processing and fulfillment for fleet customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Extensive experience in sales operations within the automotive industry.
• Project management experience with the ability to cross-functionally manage key workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative team player, with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve common goals.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through evolving market dynamics, shifting priorities, and changing customer needs within the fleet market segment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools and technologies.
