The role

This role is crucial in developing and implementing sales processes, optimizing dealer operations, and managing key systems across our markets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in automotive sales operations, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is what you will do:

1. Sales Processes Development and Deployment:

• Create and deploy sales processes across markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to implement sales initiatives.
• Dealer operations optimization: target setting, bonus calculations and validation, tactical actions in salesforce data input and reporting.

2. Performance Management and Reporting: 

• Conduct data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports for management decision-making.

3. Systems Development and Optimization: 

• Lead business requirements for special projects and system updates.
• Oversee optimization of retail management system, incentives management system, and order-to-delivery system. 
• Manage dealer platform updates and enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns, commissions, and bonus structures · Business requirements and testing with IT team.

4. Sales Funnel Management: 

• Conduct weekly follow-ups with countries using data-driven insights. 
• Analyze and report on customer funnel performance. 
• Follow up of Sales actions: take rates of different actions at VIN level for Dealer model.

5. CoC management 

6. Trade in process management

This is what you bring:

• Experience in sales operations within the automotive industry.
  Project management experience with the ability to cross-functionally manage key
  workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative team player, with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve common goals.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate through evolving market dynamics, shifting priorities, and changing customer needs within the fleet market segment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools and technologies.
