The role

As an IT Service Specialist at Zeekr, you will be the key link between our Amsterdam office, global IT teams, and external service providers. You’ll ensure that our local IT operations run smoothly, securely, and in alignment with global standards. In this role, you’ll:

Governance & Coordination – Oversee the delivery of IT services from external and group-level teams, ensuring compliance with ITIL-based practices and internal governance frameworks. Act as the local coordinator for global and regional IT initiatives, including service levels, change management, and incident response.

Supplier & Vendor Management – Serve as the primary local contact for IT suppliers and service providers. Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, support vendor onboarding and compliance checks, and manage periodic performance reviews.

Security & Compliance – Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with security policies and audits. Support incident response and vulnerability remediation, while promoting awareness of security practices among employees.

Local Network & Infrastructure Support – Coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure stable, secure, and reliable local network operations. Support troubleshooting for connectivity issues and manage escalation when needed.

Helpdesk & End-User Support – Act as the escalation point for unresolved IT tickets. Facilitate communication between end-users and remote support teams, and ensure effective management of local IT assets such as devices and printers.

Cloud & Applications Liaison – Support governance of cloud services (with a focus on Azure) by coordinating with cloud operations teams. Monitor local usage and highlight concerns around performance, access, or cost optimization.

Backup & Business Continuity – Ensure local backup procedures are implemented and tested regularly. Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning efforts.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure, or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and regional teams.
• Experience in a matrixed or multi-entity organization is a strong plus.
