The Role:
We are hiring an Aftersales Training Expert to develop and implement our Aftersales knowledge and ways of working across our European business. This role will see you working closely with stakeholders across Zeekr, to build a best-in-class training program.
What you will do most of the time:
- Create and deliver the After Sales Training program for Zeekr EU.
- Develop content and asset creation that address the identified needs, in association with colleagues in EU and China, to ensure a dynamic portfolio and determining the best delivery methods is available.
- Monitor training levels and assess the effectiveness of the training programs developed, take action where NSC training levels demonstrate knowledge gaps.
- Track the progress of employees who have participated in training, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Deliver TTMT content to colleagues in our overseas markets.
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
- Undertake regular formal and informal development to keep your core knowledge and skills base up-to-date.
- Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis, including China.
Background
- Experience in an aftersales training role within the automotive industry. This experience could come in working for an OEM, but also dealer groups, franchise partners, or other automotive business channels.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
- Innovative, and have a great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment.
- You have an entrepreneurial approach and are brave in making decisions.
- A strong communicator and fluent in English. Other EU languages an advantage
