The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Sales Analyst to join our dynamic fleet sales team at Zeekr Europe HQ office. This role is pivotal in supporting the fleet sales function through detailed analysis, reporting, and coordination of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Your work will directly contribute to the strategic planning and execution of fleet sales initiatives, helping to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the fleet sales segment.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product/service improvements.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, sales volume, market share, and customer acquisition rates.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations to communicate key findings and performance trends to the fleet sales team and management.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing relationships with fleet customers, including communication, follow-up, and resolution of any inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests and inquiries.
- Proposal and Contract Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for fleet customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the negotiation process with customers, including pricing discussions and contract terms, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Order Processing and Coordination:
- Facilitate the order processing and fulfillment process for fleet customers, including managing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of orders and resolution of any issues.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions in the CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Generate ad-hoc and regular reports to track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to the fleet sales team on the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a resource for sales representatives, offering guidance and assistance on sales-related inquiries and tasks.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the fleet sales operations, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and technological advancements relevant to fleet sales, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Strategic development skills and strong commercial communication
- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization software, such as Excel, SQL, MS Office (esp. power point), SalesForce
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and solutions focused approach.
- Fleet industry knowledge desirable
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
