The role
As Head of Sales, you report to Deputy Managing Director. You are responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the annual/quarterly sales targets in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This is what you will do:
Formulate and implement regional sales strategies, optimize sales models and improve sales efficiency for the three markets.
Manage and develop the dealer network in the region, enhance dealer cooperation and support dealer operations to drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs in the three countries, propose timely adjustment plans for sales strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, after-sales and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of sales-related work and improve customer satisfaction.
Lead, manage and develop the sales team, establish effective team management mechanisms and improve team performance.
Submit regular sales reports to the Deputy General Manager, provide data support and decision-making suggestions for regional sales management.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related majors.
At least 8-10 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry, with proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in Hungary, Czech Republic or Slovakia (regional market experience is preferred).
Familiar with the automotive sales market, dealer management model and sales channels in the CEE region.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in office software.
Being fluent in English is a must, any of the local languages is a plus (Hungarian/Czech/Slovak).
Result-oriented, able to work under pressure, with strong market sensitivity and strategic thinking.
Being familiar with local automotive industry policies and regulations is a plus.
