The role

We are looking for a Digital Content & Systems Coordinator to not only manage and maintain content across our CMS and internal platforms but also drive continuous improvement and innovation in our customer-facing digital products. This role will ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in content updates, while also tracking performance analytics and implementing SEO best practices to optimize digital visibility and engagement. Additionally, the coordinator will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the DDC Development Center, coordinating bug fixes, feature enhancements, and strategic digital initiatives to improve customer experience and maximize ROI

Key Responsibilities

• Content Management: Maintain and update CMS & internal systems for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Strategic Improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience across customer-facing digital platforms.
• Request Prioritization: Assess business impact, filter content requests, and execute high-priority updates efficiently.
• Development Coordination: Work closely with DDC to resolve bugs, implement new features, and enhance digital tools.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure content follows SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools to measure impact and suggest improvements.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions to enhance execution speed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the single point of contact for internal teams, aligning requests with business goals.
