The role
- As a dedicated point of contact, you support our national sales companies (NSCs) as a fully fledged business partner.
- You provide added value in After Sales (process) improvement, quality, increased returns, customer satisfaction and business operations.
- You provide support on port for checks on cars and follow up.
- Create and follow up packages pricing for Service.
- Be the dedicated point of contact on compliance items.
- You provide added value in dealer standards for Service and Body & Repair workshops.
- Put in place performance action plans when the performance don’t reach the targets.
- Service business opportunity in different geographical areas.
- Annual check on standards across the national sales companies.
- New market analytics like locations, Mobile service needs, Service and Body & Repair network, labor rates.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Knowledge and experience from an automotive OEM / NCS or dealer holding with skills in aftersales / customer service obtained across the automotive industry • Able to set up an international competition with the aim of increasing knowledge of Zeekr products within service.
• Able to develop, implement and follow up a successful plan with various target groups.
• A dynamic, flexible personality who is willing to propagate the ZEEKR brand and the
associated Service idea widely.
• A willingness to travel through Europe.
