The role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee both internal fleet administrative operations and production/distribution support. This role combines responsibilities for coordinating vehicle production allocation for the European market and managing the company's internal fleet, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and cost control
This is what you will do:
Internal Fleet Administration:
- Oversee registration, documentation, and compliance for all internal fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance and urgent repairs.
- Manage fleet insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals and claim processing.
- Manage and process traffic fines and accident claims promptly.
- List and manage vehicle sales on used car platforms, coordinating the resale process.
- Assist in car rotation planning and transfers between departments to maximize utilization.
Production/Distribution Support:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate vehicle production and allocation for the European Market.
- Perform analysis by model to ensure optimal ordering and inventory mix.
- Manage daily vehicle order processing and provide ordering system support
- Coordinate ordering and distribution system change requests with the development team.
- Prepare decision papers and presentations for executive management.
- Identify and create processes to optimize efficiency in production distribution.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- Experience in automotive production planning, distribution, and fleet management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance policies, and used car market dynamics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive ordering systems and used car platforms.
